So Much Fun in Jeju

Hello my 'little' fella

Assalamualaikum~

First of all, due to current situation of Covid-19, I wish you all in a good health. "Stay Safe, everyone".

I'm supposed to go to Perth last February and end of March. I'm cancelling my trip wasn't actually because of this pandemic; but due to "I'm expecting!!". So my latest travelling abroad was to Jeju Island, South Korea.
Hello Jeju~

I went to Jeju during last winter in December. The weather was great! Not too chill and not too hot (obviously). And.. it was the season of tangerine, guys. Tangerine is everywhere in Jeju!
Even the keychain looks real and yummy

We were staying at Staz Hotel Robero Jeju. Only 15-20mins away from the airport. For Malaysian, I highly recommend this hotel because this hotel is located very close (walking distance) to three shopping areas including Jungang Underground Shopping Street, Jungang Chilseongro Shopping Street and Dongmun Market. Well, we Malaysian are shopping freak. Seriously! And these shops are open until night time.

For a short kinda trip like what we did (compared to my sister who went there for 10days), we still managed to visit a lot of major tourist attractions in this small island, namely:

Seongsan Ilchulbong
Also known as Sunrise Peak in English, this New 7 Wonders of Nature is recognized as World Natural Heritage by UNESCO.
Didn't manage to watch "Haenyeo" the Women Diver that only available at 1:30pm and 3pm.
As we went there in the morning. Precisely at 7am, when there's not too much people around.
Less crowded. Yeay!

Seopjikoji Hill
Those who, ever watched "All In" K-Drama must remembered this shooting place.
I'm not a big fan of Song Hye Kyo, but I was a big fan of late Park Yong Ha - the OST's singer in this K-Drama. And I still remember the lyrics until now. Youtube this "Cheo Eum Geu Nal Cheo Rom"
Sotong, anyone?? 10k won each

Jeju Folklore & National Historical Museum
To understand other people's culture and lifestyle, go visit their village.
At this Seongeup Village in Seogwipo area, they are selling their local honey and other local products. The products are so-so, but the way they promote them was so entertaining.

Micheon Cave, Ilchul Land
We are supposed to go to Manjanggul Cave. But the cave has been closed due flood after typhoon Lingling in September. They said it will take months to 'restore' that cave.
Both caves are quite similar as they were formed by the lava. Yes, Jeju Island is a shield volcano from the Mount Hallasan.
This Ilchul Land also was one of shooting places for the famous "Running Man" Reality Show.

Ecoland Park

The visit includes the Forest Train ride. We stopped at the 1st station and took around 20-mins walk to the next one. There are 4-5 stations here with different concept at each stop.
It was heavy fogged or misty that day. But nothing to compare to the fresh air.

Brick Campus
Calling for all Lego fan!
There are millions (maybe billions) of bricks here at Brick Campus.
I was totally mesmerize with the Disney Castle and the Stadium of 2002 World Cup Games.
Will share with you guys once I've edit the videos.

The Painters HERO
We managed to get a special rate for the Brick Campus and this Painters Hero Show, when the owner of these two attractions is happen to be a same person. Thank you~
This group of painter who got their fame from Asia's Got Talents, if you ever watch that program; I'm sure you knew how talented they are.
