Last year was suuuper busy.. one after another..
After that one-week London, UK trip, I went to Cameron Highland in March for the hotel inspection. Soon after that, I was busy with weddings, oppss not my wedding! It's my brother in law's.. Then in April, a trip to Kota Kinabalu - also for an inspection. A week after, we went to Johor for my husband's Graduation Day. Congratz, dear! A day after General Election in May, I flew to Phuket.
Thought that I can take a break in Ramadhan? No way! Still got a lot of things to do to our new house. Oh sorry, forgot to inform that we finally got keys to our new own house! Alhamdulillah~ So, apart from busy cleaning (while my husband busy with gardening); we spent most of our weekend on searching for the best contractor for the kitchen cabinet, grill, plaster ceiling, fish pond (?) and etc.
Raya? Oh, we had so much joy during last raya. Seriously, we survived the 1500km self-drive covering 3 States in Malaysia in 9 days. "Raya kan sebulan". We met more than 1000 relatives in Negeri Sembilan, Johor and also Terengganu.
Not only getting a new house, Alhamdulillah I managed to buy a new cheap car (read : have to buy) without GST and SST, and also a new handphone (read : also have to). The buying part was easy, quick and as smooth as silk, but to sell-off my previous car was quite stressful especially when you need to deal with the f****** AmBank.
In August, we officially moved in to our new house. And I hosted the house warming two months after. Of course, we have been busy with unpacking, moving and cleaning stuff. But we still need a time break, right? For the weekend retreat, we had so much fun at Sunway Lagoon Theme Park with friends and Bangi Wonderland with my siblings. Both in September.
Namaste! I went to India, twice! The first visit was in September and the other one was in a better cold weather which is in November. pssst! I also celebrated my birthday there. hihi Where in India? I went to the Golden Triangle which specifically are Jaipur, Agra and New Delhi. Honestly, I mesmerized with the beauty of Amber Fort, Taj Mahal and the Agra Fort. Taj Mahal... checked! *wink*
Bad and sad news! My grandmother passed away last December. Managed to see her in Johor before her last breath. We shouldn't take other people for granted, right. So, during last Christmas, I brought my parents to Padang-Bukittinggi, Indonesia for our annual getaway. Need to spend more time with them. InsyaAllah~ We are going to Thailand next month!
For the 5th time I think, I traveled to Phuket again - early of this year. Since there's no celebration on our 3rd anniversary last December (we just had a romantic candle light dinner at our favorite restaurant - La Risata); we celebrated later (post anniversary) at Thistle Port Dickson during last Federal Day/Chinese New Year's loooong holidays. Last but not least, exactly after 10 years - I finally been again to Medan, Indonesia - early this month.
Ok, cukup lah update setakat ni
