No more Selfie in England

Wefie!! When Two is better than One

Bicester Village.
February 3rd, 2018.
Rainy.

There are few options to get to Bicester Village from the City of London.
Either by car at RM 150 per person (return); or by bus from Cumberland Hotel Marble Arch (this one I'm not so sure).

Or, by train.
We choose to travel by train because there's no specific departure time and we can spend our own sweet time there. Since we are not a big spender slash a designers' user slash a personal shopper etc; we don't need 8-hours to waste.
Ride on a Bakerloo tube line to Marylebone station. And, from Marylebone, take Chiltern Railways to Bicester Village station @ £26.40 for return ticket. It's a direct transfer, Bicester Village is the 2nd stop and the total journey to Bicester is 1-hour only from Marylebone.

Since it was raining and gloomy all day long, so no picture taken. Not even a selfie wefie photo.
Over than 100 stores in this Bicester Village. The price offered was not bad, even after Christmas Sale and Boxing Day Sale. We entered few outlets including Gucci, Guess, Dolce & Gabbana, Armani, Clarks, Ted Baker, Tommy Hilfiger, Levi's, Brooks Brothers etc.
I bought a sling bag for myself from Cath Kidston at £30 and baby's blanket (as a gift) for £15. Whereas my husband, as a Polo Ralph Lauren big fan, he bought himself a work-wear at £63 for 2. Wayyyy cheaper than Genting Highlands Premium Outlet (in Malaysia). Don't forget to apply and sign your VAT tax free form! J.

my big catch - Cath Kidston's sling bag
Spent an hour and 30-mins there. Alhamdulillah we managed to catch 4pm train from Bicester Village back to Marylebone station.

By the way, we had our Lunch and Dinner at Bayswater / Queensway area. Had our Lunch at our 'special' place @ Gelgela Restaurant and Dinner at the next door @ Moor & Hitch. Last minute souvenir hunting at Bayswater before back to hotel and packing up!

London Heathrow Airport / Terminal 3.
February 4th, 2018.
5:45am, 2°c.

Our flight back to Kuala Lumpur via Dubai was at 9:10am; on Emirates.
I booked a private transfer to Heathrow Airport @ RM 300 per way, and we got a new Merc! wow
I purposely booked for the pick-up transfer at 5:15am; because I don't want to pay additional RM 120 for midnight surcharge. But thankfully the driver arrived before 5am. Good service!

We arrived early, so the check-in process went smoothly. But we need to wait a while for the Custom Office to be opened at 6am; to declare and claim VAT Refund.

Our last meal in London...
