What a Wonderful World: Family Retreat - Part III (PENGKALAN BALAK)

when Abah is still the organizer, i got a chance to join their sponsored trip by Felda and another big chance to get a better room. but this might be the last trip we are able to join as Abah will be retired next year :( allright, we went to Pengkalan Balak, Masjid Tanah, Melaka on last Labor Day (1st May 2014). it is the most favorite beach (for us) maybe because Pengkalan Balak is the closest beach from Segamat. i drove alone from KL, the rest were unable to join, and i cant remember why.... my boyfriend also cant make it cause he had an appointment with the doctor regards on his follow-up surgery treatment bla bla bla
i went out so early from KL, using PLUS highway as usual. no, i dont use the Simpang Ampat Exit (via UiTM Lendu - my former college during diploma); i think i use the Rembau Exit. Rembau most wanted, maybe? so many bikers on the road that day
i arrived Kemunting Beach Resort also way too early. thus, i took a beach walk. damn! so many Mat Rempit here. *rimasss* i took some selfie-photo and had Nasi Lemak for my breakfast at one of the Warungs there. the local Nasi Lemak have Kangkung Goreng on it - maybe it's their signature or maybe Orang Melaka eats Nasi Lemak with Kangkung. forgot to take the picture...
then, the group has arrived. we are having a 'food fiesta'. they should doing 'potluck' instead cause when too many food (as1 family brought more than 3 dishes) its kinda waste. after lunch and before checking-in, the big boss wants us to start the 1st program which is "Build a Sand Castle Competition" under the sun. "thank you so much, sir. don't you feel the heat?" -.-" well, ktrg kalah!
then, it's tidur and 'mandi laut' time! we had our group dinner at one of the local restaurants there. luckily they accepted last minute and group booking. we booked for 10 big tables altogether. the food was lousy.

on the next day, we are having an aerobic session and a telematch games. sorry, no picture taken as i left my phone in the room. after the light and fun exercise, we had Nasi Lemak as our breakfast. Abah had ordered from outside, cause Abah said breakfast at the hotel is quite pricey. then, we started our games namely Dadu Beracun, Baling Bola dlm Pasu, Lari sambil bawa bola pingpong dlm Sudu, Baling Belon Air, Teka Biji Betik and many more. honestly i already forgot the games we played. we had won 1 game only... at least! "Good Job, Mak!" she had won the 3rd place of Baling Bola dlm Pasu game.
