ok, entry for today is similar with the previous one --> travel to island.
for the 3rd time to Phuket I went there on last 3rd October... with... (drum rolling) Media Prima Radio Networks (MPRN)!! 3 stations : flyFM, hotFM and oneFM. the group split to two (or else the station need to be closed cause no one will be at the 'conti'). i'm leading the 1st group involves by Farah Fauzana, Seelan Paul, Nik Noor Azura, Zher, Prem, Suraya, Bell hotfm T'Ganu (hermansani), Azmir (AG), Nordin (deen), William San, Ng Kar Yoon, Shazrena (Chad)... etc. while the 2nd group are Jay Jamalina, Leya, Hani Madu, Hafiz Hatim, Ikhwan, Kiran, Faizal (FBI) etc etc etc
all right, back to Phuket story.. it's raining from the day we are still in the aircraft entering Phuket till the day we left. thus, all programs are effected especially the Grand Dinner. we have to change the dinner venue instead of having it open-air @ the hotel's swimming pool to hotel's ballroom. I want to share the dinner set-up, yeap arranged by myself *proud* and the best moment with those celebrities:-

i don't think i should recap about this particular Phuket Trip as its similar with my previous trip last May and 2011 stories. it is about the same except since it's raining all the way, we skip Wat Chalong and Promthep Cape <-- but i never been to this cape -.-'
well, the rest of City Tour such as Madunan T-Shirt, Gems Gallery, Pornthip Shop and Cashew Nut factory... almost the same. oh ya, i got a free t-shirt from the Madunan owner, i managed to experience the Ride at the Gems Gallery, polish my silver rings for free and i bought a new junk food - a dried crab! from the cashew nut shop.
as for the Phi Phi Island Tour, this time we are taking a big boat from Sea Angel Pier - 2 hours boat ride with the scariest moment - cause it's raining outside and the boat seems unstable due to big wave. ya Allah~~~ luckily we request for a raincoat, if not we all will get wet due to heavy rain once we reached Phi Phi Don Island. i'm not joining the snorkeling trip cause i know the 'cons' of snorkeling when the weather is bad. 1) the water is not clean. 2) there's no fish. 3) big wave - hard & you'll get tired of swimming. 4) the boat people will not give you more time to snorkel as it's dangerous to the boat if park longer. then, i spent my leisure time to walk at the island area. precisely, my sleeping time.
our 3rd day is Free & Easy, means no activity till the Grand Dinner time. thus, i need to make the preparation for the dinner since morning. from the red carpet, buffet set-up, table set-up including table decoration, stage and backdrop, sound system and DJ mixer, cakes for the October babies, signage, welcome drink, door gift, lighting, performances, event flow, rehearsal and many more. somehow i feel like i'm an Event Organizer *ahaks*. while waiting for the hotelier to prepare the dishes, i skip to the nearby shopping mall @ Jung Ceylon. looking for a water-proof bag. there's a plenty of size, color and brand. the street market sells for 5L bag at 400baht (RM40), but here's is better - cheaper, nicer and of course with quality. i bought 10L only cost me 420baht - nice blue color of FeelFree brand. back to hotel to continue doing the dinner preparation. a bit frust cause i don't have time to do the manicure and facial treatment ;( i know, i cant get then same price as in KL....
