Dugaan Ramadhan

this morning, i saw my staff crying..
he ran off to toilet and the cries getting louder.
i put some courage to ask him what's wrong

yeah, yesterday i'm not in a good mood

after being blamed for the things i didnt do.

same goes to my sister, she said she have a lot of issues at the office
nevertheless, both of our problems are not as big as my staff's matter


Akmal.. he is only 22 years old.
poor him. his parents divorced when he's still young
i think they were too young when they got married
cause he told me that his mom not even 40

Akmal has 6 brothers & sisters to take care of
his biological father? i heard that he's now in JB
his step father? i heard that he's a loser
his mother? in a form of respect, better i dont comment a thing

Akmal is a good boy, friendly, playful & funny; for sure
cant believe that behind his smiles and stupid jokes
he actually suffers with this kind of burden
how can this 22 yrs old kid survive and support his big family?

this morning he said that they had a big fight last night
and this young mother hit them and ask him to move out
he's planning to follow his father back to JB
that's why he asked me for some money

if he really go to JB, means i'll lost a good staff like him
i'm ready to let him go cause i want the best for him

to Akmal, u r my best staff ever!

but u deserve happiness and better future

and like i mention this morning

this is "Dugaan Ramadhan"

be strong and always pray to Allah swt
