From my house to Bandar Sunway, plus minus takes about 15mins drive jek – either ikut Taman Medan/Puchong Jaya/Federal Highway. Dekat sangat tu, tapi ntah kenapa sebelom2 ni tak pernah langsong berminat nak masok Sunway Lagoon Theme & Water Park nih. Maybe sebab aku kureeeng sket dgn man-made water park cmtuh – maybe it’s because air yg berklorin or xde feel nk mandi kat concrete floor or maybe sbb aku de dgar rumors pasal incident dlm park tu… OMO!

This is not my 1^st time entering this place – remember that I watched the “Snow White” show here last year?

I bought the Combo ticket @ RM70 during the Matta Fair at PWTC last September 6^th. For me, consider murah la for all-parks. Includes the Extreme Park, Amusement Park, Scream Park, Water Park and Wildlife Park. Last time Sunway Lagoon tak buat pakej Combo mcmni, entrance ticket asing2. And last time, sape nak naik Vuvuzela kena top-up few ringgit somemore. La ni, Vuvuzela included, flying fox pon included, archery, guided ATV, sume2 la. Yang tak termasuk : Bungy (Bungee) Jump, Go-Kart & G-Force X. ni rege2 dia:-

The ticket I bought has an expiry date which is by end of this year. Aku memang agak malas nak queue panjang dan berebut2 dgn budak2 kalau pegi during School Holiday (November 22^nd – December 31^st) nanti, so aku gagahkan jugak pegi Sunway Lagoon ni on November 8^th even though I’ve trip to Kuching on 10^th. Why not on 15^th? Hehehe sebab aku pegi Legoland on that weekend!! (tuuu aku akan cherita pjg lebar kat next entry yek)

Actually, we added another 10 ringgit for the “Night of Fright II” – Halloween Season ticket. The actual price is at RM48 per ticket. We got the special price during the Matta Fair promo. Tapi that 3hrs event ada tarikh2 tertentu jek (Friday & Saturday nights only) which are on 17^th, 18^th, 24^th, 24^th, 30^th Oct and 1^st Nov). but for circumstances I have to sell the ticket to one of my ‘kuat semangat’ friends. Dia cakap best giler. Seriously?? Tengok Scha Alyahya upload video terjerit2 consider best giler ke? But hey, I heard that Halloween Night at Gold Coast or Disneyland Tokyo are much-much scarier *gulp*

That day, morning shower la plak. So, ktrg pegi Sunway Lagoon after lunch. Alah, rugi 2jam lebih jek cause Sunway Lagoon opens at 10am. Sempat la pagi tu baru nk packed swimming stuff – swimming la sgt, mcm la pandai berenang. We parked our car at Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa (belakang Sunway Pyramid); cause we are taking the Surf Beach entrance (yang ada byk escalator tuh) instead of the main entrance. The other day, I’ve accidently took a wrong gate at the Surf Beach entrance, and happen to enter the hotel’s swimming pool area – which mean the hotel is connected with the Sunway Lagoon Park. Macam best jek hotel nih!

Arriving the Surf Beach entrance, I redeemed our wristband at the counter. Ok, part ni rasa nk hentam kaw2 jek counter staff tu – poor service! Dah la tak senyum, muka masam.. when I asked her, Where can we pay for the eLoad? Harshly she said “kat dalam!”. Then I asked, Where’s the locker? Again, she just repeat “kat dalam!”. Hamboiii hamboiii!! without smile, without look at your customer’s face, without showing the direction… Teruk betullah! Sebaeklah aku tgh xde mood nk berperang time tuh. aritu pegi Lost World of Tambun pon aku ada issue masa kat ticketing counter. hmmmmm

NO re-entry, Smoking-free zone and strictly NO outside food & drinks ye. Masuk2 tu, we proceed to the locker area. We found one at the Changing Room area next to Burger King. Such a long queue sbb dorg bukak 1 counter jek time tuh. But luckily the locker staff were very nice. I deposited RM150 (minimum deposit is RM50) into my wristband since they are using cashless system called eLoad. 

Means, there’s no need to bring any cash here and there while you are within the park area. They scanned and deducted RM15 from my wristband codebar (account) for the multiple usage of small locker. The size of this locker is best for 1-2 person only. If your family is more than 2 with more baggage, kindly use the luggage locker at RM30. 

To open the locker, just scan your wristband at the locker scanner, and your locker will auto-opened. Canggih and convenience jugak ye. saya suke!  But… don’t ever tear your wristband off or lost it, nanti tak boleh bukak locker and get the refund for the remaining credit.

1^st of all, we went to Water Park. Auch! The sands are killing me! World’s Largest Man-Made Surf Beach konon, tapi takde wave pon*frust*. They do provide tables under the canopy called Pergolas – for visitors to put their belongings or dine there. There’s a big stage and we watched some dancers are practising their performances for the Beach Party that night. I saw some visitors are having the flying fox fly-across the surf beach *macam best jek! macam best jek!* I viewed some amateur surfer at the Flowrider – Malaysia’s First Surf Simulator. Then, we walked to the Wave Pool. With waves, of course; no sands, not too deep – there’s no need to use the tube. And the best part – bile ada DJ entertain & pasang latest hit song. Dah macam kat club plak. Happening dan seronok jugak!  Kalau pegi Water Park mesti ada sungai kan, haa kat sini pon ada jugak – Zambezi River, tapi flow keliling Wave Pool area jek. Facing the Wave Pool, ada water park for kids.

Next to it, at the same building of harbour deck, ada the World’s first 5D Waterplex. Pouring rain that time, so we went queue under roof about half an hour jugak la. The 5D show… well, ‘Nice try!’ – makanya aku tak suke sgt la *cerewet btol makcik sorang nih*. Maybe because of the hall was too cold – depa pasang aircond kuat sgt, sume org tgh basah kot. Sejuk menggigil weyhh that is why aku tak boleh concentrate. Then, storyline dia agak boring (for me) – starting da ok, tp bile part ada pirate, then kononnya kena kejar with big snake, ada giant kurita – mengarot sunggoh! We’ve been surrounded with families with young kids (more than 20 children I think) and seriously, dorg memang terjerit2 dari awal sampai abes. Dah ada anak nanti baru aku paham kot perasaan kanak2 bila melayan 5D movies. Hmmmm

Another award winning – Vuvuzela; the World’s Biggest Water Ride. Memang besar, memang awesome!! Luckily it’s not school holiday yet, thus ktrg line up sekejap jek. Worth-having, beb! Sunway Lagoon has won so many awards – including Asia’s Best Attraction, Asia’s Best Waterpark & Best Man-Made Tourist Attraction. So ape lagi yang menariknya kat sini?

We passby the other slides. end of the Zulu Walk, ada cabang dua. Kalau pegi kiri – ke Wildlife Park. Kalau pegi kanan – ke Scream Park & Amusement Park. Korang agak2 mana satu aku pegi?? Haruslah ke kanan, cause sorry, I’m not an animal friendly ye. but i'm a animal lover *ayat nak selamat* - well hey, aku pernah bela arnab n kucing ye. allergic pd bulu binatang yg buat aku jauhkan diri.... but this is Malaysia’s First Interactive Zoo.

Ada Pet Village, Jungle trail, Aviary, tree top terrace, butterfly valley, 

tropical enclosure, bird savannah, nature’s walk, African pythons, 

rimba nature class & village etc 

Took the escalator up to the Scream Park at the Main Entrance. Since we weren’t wearing any footwear, we are not allowed to enter the Rumah Hantu or Lynton V Harris etc and the new attraction of Cleopatra. I think it’s a gallery. Ada 360' Rotating Pirate Revenge Ship (award winning gak), tomahawk, LCOG Scream Coaster dan…. byk lagi la.

Walaupon ada more less 80rides, we try none - not interested (actually kurang percaya) on the rides; then we go to the 428m bridge – the Malaysia’s Longest Pedestrian Suspension Bridge. Ku akui, memang panjang. Ada plak la mamat2 middle east melompat2 atas bridge tu. Grrr!! We took 10mins walk includes the photo-break and in the middle of the bridge, ada small holes – agak menyakitkan if you step on it with your bare feet – so sume org jalan kat tepi2 bridge jek. tak berapa nak paham ape motive lubang2 itu. From the bridge, we can see the view of the whole park – ada swan lake with white & black swans. I can see the amphitheatre as well. At the end of the bridge ada bungee jump and flying fox services. means, aku dah sah sampai Extreme Park area. But since the weather is not so good, I won’t dare to try the flying fox. Award winning lagi – as Malaysia’s First Bungy Jump and Malaysia’s Longest Flying Fox. Oh, really??

Before went back, we dine at the Marrybrown. And I saw this awesome walk-thru body shower!

Menariks!

We left the park at 6pm and claimed our unutilized deposit from the counter (the counter for credit refunds closed at 7pm). ada balance RM93, so basically tak banyak pon pkai duet sbb da lunch outside kaannn, not renting the tube, not buying any souvenirs and not dare to try those 3 items of bungee jumping, go-kart & g-force.
