Snow White the Musical

I was so so super duper damn excited when I saw the promotion in GroupOn.
the most waited wanted Musical Theater ever!

I saw the same promotion before, but I was busy that time and need to concentrate on my job. afraid if I purchase the ticket, I don't have time to watch it.. what a waste
and one-fine day, on the way home after watching Alicia Keys' concert; I told my sister "eh Along, i saw a promotion ticket of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs the Musical, are you interested?" as expected she respond to me "wahh bestnye, bile tu? ada lg ke ticket? nak, nakkk!" sort of

and last 5th Dec, OMG! I saw the same promotion (nampak sgt aku suke bukak Groupon.. ops!). I straight away contacted my sister, she was in Gold Coast Morib that time. she's confirmed to join-in. and... i click "BUY NOW"!! . we bought 2 tickets of VIP seats @ RM 129/ticket only. the normal rate is RM 190, see how much different and how much we can save. thanks Groupon!.

VIP @ RM 190.00 129.00
PS1 @ RM 140.00 96.50
PS2 @ RM 100.00 70.50
inclusive with snack & drink some more ^^
seems like i only 'topup' RM 29 to upgrade from 3rd class seat to the VIP one

all I need to do next is to redeem those tickets at Sunway Lagoon ticket counter - in order to reserve date & preferred seat. luckily (??) I already took a leave, as I've been called for an interview by SPA for the PTD post (after 5 years application haha). right after the interview; ~well, it was going well, Alhamdulilah~ I drove to Sunway Lagoon. this is not my place, thus I'm not very familiar with Sunway area. pakai GPS pon boleh sesat. adoyai. then, parking problem. where should i park my car? at first, i parked at the taxi area, but I'm afraid i'll trouble them. politely, i asked few taxi driver where can i park my car. that pakcik said "adik parking jek kat dpn tu, nak amek ticket jek kan? boleh jek, parking kejap". ok, then i parked right in front of the counter. right after i get off from my car, the security chase me away. damn! sopan sket boleh x?? grrrrr. i moved to the other area. again, when i just try to get off, someone came to my car and ask for "13 ringgit" what??? that expensive ah? i asked him "mana parking murah?" he said to me "kat dalam, 3 ringgit". fine! nak amek ticket pon mencabar rupe2nye. even inside at the basement, there's no parking actually. I just illegally park my car at the elevator area. another bad things happened, when their (Sunway) server down. I've been waited for an hour to get my tickets when it was only 5 person queuing in front of me. phew! what a day! luckily (??) I bought VIP tickets, so I can choose any dates. I heard most of dates especially weekend (of course) are no longer available for both PS1 and PS2 categories.

... the day has arrived. love the show so so much!

what a Great Performance!! can't wait for next year....
as i know, last year they were presented Sleeping Beauty and Aladdin

personal comment(s):-
1) well hey, i managed to get the best & strategic seating ever
one level with the stage, VIP and centre.
2) the orchestra team were SUPERB! love the song arrangement.
3) the casting also ok, love the Snow White, Clown and Huntsman
but i dont like the mirror, the queen kinda old, the prince is handsome but a bit 'lembut',
and the dwarfs are ugly - i dont like them. sorry
4) the choices of hotdog or popcorn, i'd chosen hotdog ;( lousy
5) the prop / setting - ok. macam comel jek, macam comel jek
they full utilized the whole stage. kiri kanan n dpn stage pon pkai
6) the story line - well, it is Snow White story. we knew it already
what else to expect?? actually you can expect more.. yes, they did it.
they added some ghost scene, water firing (to the audience), skeleton neon dance and
some fire on the stage (when the queen sing Girl on Fire song - reminds me to Alicia Keys concert)
7) when the clown said "ok lah" "ate Nasi Lemak".. as well as when the witch said "give the heart to Chef Wan, ask Chef Wan to cook it" they are not Malaysian, okeh

... et ils vecurent heureux

~ The End ~
