Yeee, saket hati tersangat. Kisahnya, aku beli perabot kat Bahagia Furniture (bahagia sgt!) last 15th Mar. Nk elak GST la sgt2. Klu spent RM4k, cost gst tu da boleh beli 1 jenis perabot lg kot. For couple weeks before that, ktrg mmg ada survey2 kedai lain. Tp so far, design yg ktrg nak happen to be ada kt kdai tu.
Ok, since aku ada add chest drawer, dorg ckp boleh dpt brg lmbt sket. Sbb barang tu dorg order from other supplier. Min 4days. Aku rse should be ok, ptotnya takde problem dgn date ktrg move in nnt.
So, from one day to another, aku keep calling them to update when exactly dorg boleh deliver items, in total ada 10 items tau. Yela, aku nak kena apply leave, klu tak cmne dorg nak hantar barang klu takde org kat rumah. Aku pon nak apply surat from management sbb nak mntk lori msok apartment. Management sini quite strict (baguslah). Sampai terpaksa reject few dinner invitation from airlines tau, furniture punye pasai...
Kedai tu ckp delivery only on Monday, Wednesday n Friday. Last week, aku call lg. Depa ckp chest drawer tu dpt ari ahad, hari isnin (arini) da boleh dpt brg. Yeayyy excited! (im celebrated too soon).
Last friday, 1st time dorg call my number (slama ni aku yg call), telling lori takde ari isnin. Dorg mntk hntr ari slase atau rabu. What?? Eee not my problem. Dorg ckp aku beli perabot byk sgt, so lori x muat. Haishhh! Punye la b****ng alasan dia. Ada ke ptot? Aku beli n da byr full payment, okeh! Aritu bkn main soh aku add item. Skrg lori x muat, seriously not my concern. Aku push jugak dorg dtg ari isnin, sbb aku da apply AL. Hmm boleh plak ari slase tu ye??
And then, pagi td... Aku call lg nk reconfirm kul bp dorg nk dtg sbb nk mntk surat dr management. Dorg ckp tunggu lori. So, aku pon da ckp make sure before 4pm. Cancelled lunch appointment aku arini. Tunggu pye tunggu pye tunggu smbil keep calling the furniture company.. Xsampai2 lg brg yg dinanti.
Aku beg kt management soh extend till 5pm. Kul445, org lori called, ckp dorg otw ke kdai amek furniture. What the...?? Hmm aku push dorg soh cpt sket sbb aku da xleh begging kat security. Management office pon da blk at that time. Kul515, dorg call lg. Sesat la plak.... Sigh! 540 dorg sampai tp security tak bg masuk. Aku mmg da hangen la, sape soh lmbt. Take for granted, kn? Normal lah apartment ada rules cmni.
Aku usaha jugak pujuk security, pujuk community, smpai pujuk president tmp ni. Yg lori tu da nk blah, he said ada job tmp lain. Ada aku kesah? Ktrg hold dia, call company dia.. Sampai ktrg ugut nk cancel sume n ask for full refund. (seriously mmg da give up, byk lg furniture shop kt KL ni kan). The lorry ppl were so rude. Mmg pissed off with him!
